Yin Yoga is perfect for any age, ability and for those who are pregnant or injured. Yin Yoga works into the body’s deep connective tissue (fascia). Yin Yoga postures are held for 2-10 minutes, which helps release tension, calm down the nervous system and increase flexibility. Expect a physically, emotionally and mentally stimulating class, that ends with a long and relaxing savasana.
