Join my 6 week private yoga program and transform your life today!

Private classes cater to your specific needs and lifestyle, making them a truly personal experience. Work towards your personal goals, through a supported step by step weekly approach. You will receive weekly support, recommended yoga postures and a yoga class tailored to your unique physical and mental requirements. Students leave the program with a better understanding of yoga, having achieved their personal goals both physically and mentally.
