Private yoga classes cater to your specific needs and lifestyle, making them a truly personal experience. Work towards your personal goals, through a supported step by step weekly approach. You will receive weekly support, recommended yoga postures and a yoga class tailored to your unique physical and mental requirements. Students gain a better understanding of yoga, having achieved their personal goals both physically and mentally.

In-person classes are available in Henley-on-Thames or online classes are available via Zoom.

All classes are 1 hour.

1-4 students (additional cost p/p applies).

Prices start from £60 depending on location, number of students, time and needs.
